i think maybe you might be taking making shoes a little to seriously,i dont see s&m having a problem with every single company making a slam bar copy,or every company having a problem with everyone making the same frame pretty much,people are going to make what they like,people go through changes and styles, honestly every shoe company at this point are making a copy of the vans shoes,which are just a copy of old chuck taylors and keds and shit anyway,you cant just make something different just to be different,you can only make what you like and what the riders on the team are into and represent yourselves and maybe people will be down with the company, maybe not.it comes down to what you want to support in the end, its just a pair of shoes there really isnt much farther you can take them. eddie refuses to wear anything but the half cabs nowadays,so thats what he wants to make with his own touch on it. im not saying all this in a bad way i hope you dont think im coming off as a dick,im just saying thats how it goes and its really no big deal you know?
